Terms of Service

These terms apply to every registration made through this site. The seller is Ranuk IT Solutions, reachable at hola@ranuk.dev.

1. What is being sold

You are buying an entry in a private registry: a chosen calendar date is recorded under a name you provide, published on a permanent public page, and issued a certificate.

This is a symbolic product. A registration here has no official, governmental, legal, astronomical or commemorative standing of any kind. It does not create a holiday, a trademark, a property right or any claim over the date. Nobody outside this registry is obliged to recognise it. If that is not what you want, do not buy it.

2. What we guarantee

One thing, and we mean it literally: a date that has been registered is never sold again. The complete archive is public so this can be checked at any time. If a date is ever registered twice through a fault on our side, the later registration is refunded in full.

3. Content you submit

The name, dedication and attribution you submit are published on a public page. Do not submit anything you are not entitled to publish.

The following are not accepted: slurs and hate content, harassment or content targeting a private individual, contact details, links and advertising, impersonation, and anything unlawful. Submissions are screened automatically, and we reserve the right to remove or amend any entry that breaches this section after publication. Where an entry is removed for breach, the registration is cancelled and refunded, and the date is returned to the registry.

By submitting, you grant permission to display that content on this site and in the certificate and social card generated for it.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and are determined by the date selected. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged.

5. Delivery

Registration is completed automatically as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within seconds. See the refund policy for how this affects the right of withdrawal.

6. Availability

We aim to keep registered pages online permanently, but this is a service run by a small business, not an institution with a legal duty of perpetuity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability for any interruption is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a registration is limited to the amount paid for that registration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

These terms may change for future purchases. The terms that apply to your registration are the ones published at the time you bought it.
