Privacy Policy
The data controller is Ranuk IT Solutions, hola@ranuk.dev.
What is public
The name of the day, the dedication and the attribution you submit are published on a public page. That is the product. Only write what you want the world to read.
What is not public
Your email address and billing details are collected and held by Stripe in order to take payment and send you a receipt. We can see the email attached to an order so we can answer support requests. We do not publish it, sell it, or add it to a mailing list.
Who processes your data
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.
- Cloudflare — hosting and storage of the registry, at the network edge.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics that profile you. That is also why there is no consent banner interrupting you.
How long it is kept
Registry entries are intended to be permanent, since permanence is what was purchased. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask for removal. Corrections are free.
On removal, there is a genuine tension worth stating honestly: the registry is public and permanent by design. If you ask us to erase personal data, we will remove the personal elements you submitted, replacing the attribution and, if you ask, the name and dedication, with a neutral placeholder. The date itself stays marked as registered, because otherwise it would be resold and the guarantee given to you and to everyone else would be broken.
